Shipping
Pre-made bracelets ship in 3–5 days. Custom orders take 1–2 weeks to make, then ship.
Shipping is calculated based on your location (USPS Priority Mail).

Returns
Pre-made bracelets can be returned. Custom orders are non-refundable since they're made just for you.
